TMZ Communications and Business Solutions applies a full sphere of maintenance tasks and procedures to the network that we manage. This sphere is generally broken up into two categories, i.e. Hardware and Software. This is further broken down to server, end user PC/device, as well as networking component configuration and maintenance.

We maintain all hardware components in terms of new configurations, resets or replacement and do testing to assist in predicting hardware failures, thus allowing for well-planned repairs.


Another aspect is configuring and control of all software services on the network such as an Active Directory, printing/scanning services, various security services and various backup service levels and procedures.
